The hotel is located in North Dago, alongside the main street, although its located in the busy street area, the hotel designed to be very secluded and provide a sanctuary like environment, the flora around the hotel is very well maintained and very well placed creating a cozy cold atmosphere, The room is spacious and cozy well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is very helpfull and very attentive to our every need, while checking in, the front desk also offered to care for the kids by walking them around the hotel compound, they also entertain our kids after breakfast by bringing them to the rabbit area, fish pond and horse area. Special thanks to shelly (front desk) for catering all our need and request while we are there...

The staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious room with a great view. Very clean, breakfast was great and there was soy milk! Most hotels do not provide dairy alternatives. The cleaning staff are great! I was always came back to a very clean and spotless room (plus a little joke with my plushie xD ) The view from the balcony was very nice and it was really nice to be able to wake up to a clean fresh air. We actually had some problem with our pick-up taxi (from the train station to the hotel) and the staff were very helpful to assist us to solve the problem and we were able to get a free taxi from the hotel on our departure day. There’s also a free concierge service, so we didn’t have to worry about our luggages

We chose one of the tower rooms, which gave us access to a special area for breakfast and afternoon tea. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were on a very high level in terms of choice and quality. Our room was modern, spotless and close to perfection. The staff is amazing: Kind, gentle and very professional people from check in to check out, and everyone was well informed about everything all the time. These people truly do an amazing job!
